Frequently Asked Questions
+ General Information & Getting Started
+ How do I get started with my Reward Card?
Once you receive your card, visit the homepage and click Activate Card. Enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV to complete activation. Your card will be ready to use immediately after.
+ How do I spend with my Reward Card?
Use your Reward Card anywhere Visa or Mastercard debit is accepted — in stores, online, by phone, or by mail. Treat it like a standard debit card at checkout.
+ Is ATM access available on my Reward Card?
ATM access depends on your specific card program. If your card supports cash access, you can withdraw funds at ATMs that accept Visa or Mastercard. Check your card documentation to confirm eligibility.
+ Where is my Reward Card accepted?
Your Reward Card is accepted at millions of locations worldwide — anywhere that displays the Visa or Mastercard acceptance mark, including retail stores, restaurants, gas stations, and online merchants.
+ Can I use my Reward Card outside my home country?
Yes. Your card is accepted globally wherever Visa and Mastercard debit cards are honored. Foreign transaction fees may apply depending on your card program — review your card terms for details.
+ What happens if my card balance is less than the purchase amount?
If your remaining balance does not cover the full transaction, the purchase will be declined. You can ask the merchant to split the payment between your Reward Card and another payment method, though not all merchants support split payments.
+ Using My Card
+ What address should I enter for online or phone purchases?
Since the Reward Card is not linked to a personal account, use your current mailing address as the billing address. This helps merchants process your order and reach you if any issues arise.
+ Why was I charged more than the amount shown on my receipt?
Some merchants, such as restaurants or hotels, place a temporary authorization hold that exceeds the base transaction amount to account for tips or additional charges. The final settled amount will reflect the actual cost once processed.
+ How are returns and refunds handled?
Refunds are returned to your Reward Card by the merchant. Processing times vary but typically appear within 3–7 business days. Contact the merchant directly if a refund has not posted after that period.
+ Can I pay at a gas station with my Reward Card?
Yes, your Reward Card works at gas stations. To avoid authorization holds, it is recommended to pay inside the station with the attendant rather than at the pump, as pump terminals often place large pre-authorization holds.
+ Why was my card declined at a fuel pump terminal?
Fuel pump terminals typically request a pre-authorization of $100 or more to verify available funds before dispensing fuel. If your card balance is below that threshold, the pump will decline. Go inside and pay the attendant instead to use your exact remaining balance.
+ Security and Fees
+ What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
Contact card support immediately to report the loss. Depending on your card program, a replacement card may be issued. Keep your card details confidential and treat the card like cash at all times.
+ How do I create a PIN for my Reward Card?
PIN setup instructions are included with your card package. Typically you can set a PIN by calling the number on the back of your card or through the cardholder portal. Choose a PIN you haven't used for other accounts.
+ I forgot my PIN — what do I do?
Call the support number printed on the back of your card to request a PIN reset. For security reasons, PINs cannot be retrieved — you will need to set a new one.
