Accepted Locations
Your Reward Card is accepted wherever Visa and Mastercard debit cards are welcomed — including online stores, physical retail locations, and phone or mail-order purchases worldwide.
Shopping Online
When making an online purchase, enter your card details at checkout just like any standard debit card. Since your Reward Card is not linked to personal account information, use your current mailing address as the billing address to help merchants process your order without issues.
Spending Limits
Your card can only be used up to its available balance. Retailers are unable to view how much is left on your card, so if a transaction amount exceeds your remaining balance, the purchase will be declined. We recommend checking your balance before making large purchases.
Card Security
Treat your Reward Card like cash. Keep your card number, expiration date, and CVV confidential. If your card is lost or stolen, contact support immediately to report it.
